Ideal Storage is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Self-Storage Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Hillsboro/Abbott facilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with renting storage units and managing their accounts.
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
Make collection calls and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Monitor the property and conduct regular inspections.
Keep the facility clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Clean and prepare vacant units for new customers.
Identify and report maintenance, safety, and security issues.
Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
Represent Ideal Storage in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Dependable and able to work independently.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable making collection calls and discussing payments.
Basic computer skills.
Comfortable with light cleaning and physical property upkeep.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Self-storage experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Compensation:

$15–$17 per hour, based on experience.

Full-time position.
